No products and manufacturers are endorsed, however, you do not need to spend a lot of money to create beautiful pictures.  Here are a few popular brands.  Before purchasing higher level and more costly pencils, check out the reviews on Amazon or Google search "colored pencil reviews."

Pencil sharpeners.. Need metal or graphite for colored pencils as the lead is softer than non-colored pencils.
